Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Participant," "you") and
İSTANBUL CRAWL TURİZM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, a company registered in Istanbul, Turkey ("Company," "we," "us"). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending our events, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Participant’s Responsibilities

Transportation: Participants are solely responsible for their own travel to the designated starting point of the Event and from its conclusion point. Participants move between any subsequent venues during an Event under their own volition and responsibility.

Age and Conduct: Participants must be of legal drinking age in Turkey (18+) and are required to present valid photo identification. We expect all participants to behave respectfully. The Company reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant from an Event for disruptive behavior without a refund.

Assumption of Risk: By attending an Event, you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for your own safety, actions, and well-being. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in nightlife and social events and release İSTANBUL CRAWL TURİZM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ from any and all liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

Hosted Events & Ticket Sales
Our company, İSTANBUL CRAWL TURİZM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, is an event hosting company that curates, promotes, and sells tickets for social gatherings ("Events") at various venues in Istanbul.
Important Clarification of Service:

Our service is limited to the sale of a ticket which grants the Participant the right to attend a specific, pre-defined social Event.

We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or transportation service. Our role is that of an Event Host.

The ticket price covers entry and any amenities explicitly listed in the Event description (e.g., welcome drinks at the venues). It does not include transportation or guidance services between locations.

Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
All ticket sales are conducted through our official website, www.istanbulcrawl.com. All sales are final and non-refundable unless the Company cancels the Event. In the rare case of an Event cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued to the ticket holders.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Istanbul.
